Board of Trustees:
The Board of Trustees is the highest representative and governing body of the Foundation, pursuant to which it possesses the requisite powers of representation, disposition, management and execution to administer the Foundation and defend its interests, with no limitations other than those established by the applicable legal provisions and by the statutes.
It dictates the rules by which the delegated bodies should act, whose members it appoints and dismisses freely except those who hold ex-officio positions by virtue of their responsibilities.
